Coconut Thovayal

Ingredients



Coconut - 1/2

Urad dal - 4 tsp
Red chillie full - 3 nos
Hing - 1 tsp
Tamarind - small lemon size ball
(Note : Wet the tamarind in water and keep it in microwave for 1 min this will make it loose and will mix well.)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - according to your taste

Method

1. Cut coconut into small pieces.

2. Heat oil in kadai add urad dal, red chillies, hing and fry it urad dal turns red in colour.



3. Put all the ingredients in mixie jar. Grind using very little water.



4. Coconut thogayal ready.
